I was thinking for a long time that I should do something about my exercise and walk. In this modern time life has become so busy that a person has become unaware of his own body. A person has forgotten that if there is life then there is the world. If life does not exist then nothing exists. Everything is useless without life.

This busy routine has made us so busy that we have become unaware of our family, friends, relatives and even our own life. We do not have enough time to spend some time with our family. We leave home in the morning for work and come back at night in darkness and after that we dont have time or energy to spend time with family.

This was the real reason that I resigned from the cash officer seat. Before I used to work in a bank as a cash officer. But I noticed that this life had completely cut me off from social life. I am away from my relatives and friends. The life had no real purpose for me.

At that time I thought that if there is life then there is the world. I suddenly thought of resigning and planned a life where I get time for social life. In the evening I work in welfare where I serve people. I stay very satisfied with this life.

But still I am unaware of some parts of life. Like I cannot take out time for walking and exercise. For this one excellent idea came into my mind. That I will buy a cycle and from now on I will travel everywhere on the cycle.

The second benefit of the cycle is that I will also do its buying and selling. When I get a good customer I will sell the cycle and buy another one. This way I will get small profit and at the same time my exercise will also happen.

You can see that I have given pictures of 2 types of cycles. Both have the same price. These are two different models and shapes of cycles which are available for sale. For local friends meaning those who live in Quetta city. They can buy this cycle for Rs 35K ($120).

The good thing is that this cycle has been with me for one week and it has become a great convenience for me. Before this for household groceries or any work I used a motorbike but now I go on the cycle which has become a great convenience for me.

One benefit is that my cost is saved meaning I am saved from petrol expenses and the second benefit is that my exercise is also happening now. Such activity should exist if we want to live a happy life.
