In conversion trading, there is another very good and working strategy.
You have to do that BTC is paired with any coin. For example, we pair BTC with HIVE.

If your investment is 100% in BTC, then you have to look at the HIVE coin chart and also add the Bollinger Band indicator in it. According to 1H time frame, whenever HIVE price touches the lower band, then at that time you convert all BTC into HIVE, and wait for HIVE price to go back to the upper band. When it goes back, then convert all HIVE back into BTC.

What is the benefit of this? When the market dips, altcoins dip faster and BTC slower, and when the market goes back up, altcoins go up faster and BTC slower. By doing this, your coin quantity will increase and you will get profit.

One thing to keep in mind is that in conversion trading you should not worry about wealth and it is possible that your wealth decreases too, which depends on the coin prices, but one thing is sure that you will get passive income.

For all those investors, who only wants passive income to generate from their capital amount then this strategy is best for you. You will surely generate good income.

But for the investors who are looking for long term gain this strategy is not recommended rather I will prefer Rebalancing bot which will give slow passive income and also capital gain.
