I was in Steemit and in Hive ecosystem since 2017.
I have seen times when there were rewards everywhere. Less reward was about $10.
You may not believe it when I used to do blogging on Steem, the price of Steem was around $8 to $10.

At that time I took a 25 SBD ($25) steem delegation from blocktrades.
I received 1000 Steem delegation for 3 months.

You may not believe it my vote value was $0.28. Total rewards on my vote value was around 0.28 X 10 = 2.8$.
