Today was back and chest day, so I chose a comfortable and functional outfit to give my best during the session. I went for an all-black set: a sleeveless top and sports shorts, perfect for staying cool throughout the workout. To add a little extra touch, I wore a pink headband and my pink New Balance sneakers because I always like to match a bit.
The workout was intense, but it was totally worth it in the end. That mix of exhaustion and satisfaction after a good gym session is the best feeling. Staying consistent and disciplined!

Hoy fue el turno de entrenar espalda y pecho, así que elegí un outfit cómodo y funcional para darlo todo en la sesión. Fui por un conjunto completamente negro: una blusa sin mangas y shorts deportivos, perfectos para mantenerme fresca durante todo el entrenamiento. Para darle un toque extra, añadí una banda para el cabello en tono rosa y mis New Balance rosadas, porque siempre me gusta combinar un poco.
El entrenamiento estuvo intenso, pero al final valió totalmente la pena. Esa mezcla de cansancio y satisfacción después de un buen día en el gym es lo mejor. ¡Seguimos con la disciplina y la constancia!
