Speaking of water, I remember the time when we had our water system on the campus. And then a big player came and got a contract with the local government. They dug deeper, and our water motor broke down. Now we buy water from them, and with the delay in payment, we are penalized 500.00 PHP daily.

Here in Dasmariñas, Cavite, Philippines. It is also happening in Bulacan, though the problem is different. That's why people there coined the term "crime water," instead of Prime Water, which is the name of the company.
