Self-discipline changes from within. Eliud Kipchoge.

Eliud Kipchoge says that, first of all decide your priorities, then do not leave any stone unturned. Work hard, and never take shortcuts. And make the principle your life style. This is self-discipline for me, they say that self-discipline will give you two benefits. You will not have to depend on fillings, with the help of this you will be able to think positively in difficult situations.

One quality that sets Eliud Kipchoge apart from the rest of the championship is Humility and a simple lifestyle. The person who has control over himself, first of all, humility arises inside him. And Kipchoge is very polite.

He doesn't talk about his successes unless requested by sponsors. In the running world, Kipchoge is called a monk or philosopher. Why? Because he is a multimillionaire in Kenya, means he has a lot of money in a poor country. If they want, they can live a life of luxury.

Kipchoge, in contrast, lives at Captain Gard's training center with his three children and a separate running group from his family. Kaptagat is a small village 8000 feet above sea level. Oxygen is less at altitude, the body has to work harder while running. The training center was set up by his coach for the kids, he never thought that the world champion would be there too. Because the lifestyle here is very simple and difficult.

Kipchoge lives in a hostel and shares a room with other athletes. Mostly there are some young runners in the group who are also learning. Whose career hasn't even started yet, yet Eliud, who is the world champion, lives equally with everyone and work.

On the day it is their turn, they cut vegetables for dinner, sometimes work in the garden. He also cleans the hostel toilets himself. He wash his training gear and clothes by hand. He eats food with everyone and goes to his home to meet his family once a week. They say that I have never let money and success go to my head.
