love is expansion

This rule says "He who loves expands" gets success in every field or else he dies. When we love ourselves, our chest automatically expands. When you love others, your hands also open. We hug people.

Swamiji says that all love is expansion and all selfishness is contraction. See the whole universe spread in this love and now it is also increasing in love. Everyone wants expansion. Big car, big house, big dreams etc. The second name of success is expansion.

Swamiji says,
"He who loves, lives
He who fears, dies.

You can say that the opposite of fear is love, who is thinking what will I get? what will happen to me? Is he going to die? He is losing his powers. The mind that is calm, the mind that is detached from the result, the mind that is just, that mind sees love everywhere. There is love in struggle as well as in achievement.

That's why Swamiji says to love without reason "love for the loves sake." Love as continuously as you breathe, because without it nothing works. Love is the first rule not only of life but of the whole creation.

With love everything impossible can happen that we want to do. Words spoken with love can melt even the toughest of people, they have so much power. Everyone has the ability to listen to the words spoken with love. Happiness remains in life with love. "If there is love then there is life, if there is no love then life is in vain."
