David says that when I lived in a $7 a month room, I did not have any problem. I don't find anything strange but after 6 months when I went to the $250 a month room, I realized what a mess, what a mess I was living in till now. At that moment I promised myself that I would never go back. That new house became my new mental standard.

David says then I understood that our mindset is also like this. Until we come out of the old mindset, we do not understand how much harm we are doing to ourselves. We are scaring ourselves so much with weak mindset. People ask how did you complete 3 hell weeks in a year?

David says, I had a new mental standard. I said to myself look my body is breaking down, training is getting tougher day by day, it is a long journey but now pain and suffering is normal for me.

As soon as you go to office every day getting ready and your mind accepts it, working 9 to 5 is normal. In the same way, I accepted that it is normal to struggle every day, to run with a broken leg and a broken finger taped every day.

David says my mindset was such that nevy seal is hell, so I am the CEO of hell. David says that when there was difficulty in training, he used to say that he is not enjoying it. Then automatically another voice would come from inside that you have not come here to enjoy, give your whole life.

Friends, when the mind accepts the struggle and suffering, then it stops opposing and starts becoming strong. The mind has to obey us, it has to come under our control.
