[Eng/Spa] New Lifestyle: Gym and Trainingšāāļøš / Nuevo estilo de vida: gimnasio y entrenamiento šāāļøš






Going to the gym has recently become a very important part of my daily routine, and Iām trying to make it a new lifestyle.
Getting used to the gym has been quite a challenge. The first few days were really tough for me, between dizziness and exhaustion, but I managed to push through that stage.
For now, Iām still in beginner mode. On arm days, I lift the minimum weight, but I hope to improve over time. Leg days are usually the hardestājust a few exercises in, and I already feel exhausted. However, I think I do pretty well on glute days, and Iām really proud of my progress.
Iāve been going to the gym for over two weeks now, and I know itās all a process. Iām just happy with mine. Sending good vibes!
Algo muy importante en mi dĆa a dĆa recientemente, es ir al gimnasio, y estoy tratando que se convierta en un nuevo estilo de vida.
Acostumbrarme en ir al gimnasio es todo un reto la verdad, los primeros dĆas fueron super difĆciles para mi, entre los mareos y el agotamiento, pero pude superar esa etapa.
Por los momentos sigo en modo principiante, en dĆas de brazo levanto el peso mĆnimo, pero espero superarme. Los dĆas de pierna suelen ser los mĆ”s difĆciles, desde los primeros ejercicios, me siento muy cansada. Sin embargo, los dĆas de glĆŗteo considero que me va bien, y me siento muy orgullosa de mi progreso.
Llevo mas de dos semanas yendo al gimnasio, y todo es un proceso, y estoy muy feliz del mio. Saludos.
