Hello fashionistas, today I want to share with you this simple outfit for arm day and some abs.

I wore this black shirt to match the shoes, I got it in the men's section, and it turned out to be quite comfortable. I wore these shorts, and the nike shoes. This day was supposed to be just an arm day, but in the end they surprised me with an abs section, and I gave it my all, despite the pain I have now, working out puts me in a good mood. ❤️

Holis fashionistas, hoy le quiero compartir este outfit sencillo para día de brazo y unos abdominales.

Me puse esta camisa negra para que combinará con los zapatos, la conseguí en la sección de hombre, y resultó ser bastante cómoda. Me puse estos short, y los zapatos nike. Se suponía que este día, era solo de brazo, pero al final me sorprendieron con una sección de abdominales, y lo di todo, a pesar del dolor que tengo ahora, el hacer ejercicio me pone de buen humor. ❤️
