An Adventure in the Park: Boat Ride - Una aventura en el parque: paseo en bote (eng/spa)

Hello family and friends community, I’m happy to write here again, because I wanted to share a small adventure. Since we were looking for excuses not to stay home and get bored, we came up with the idea to go to the park on the east side of the city. I thought of going because I had seen a video of someone recommending the experience of taking a boat ride on the park’s lake, and it made me really want to go.

First, we went to a nearby pharmacy to buy something to eat—we got some snacks, gummies, and a soda to drink—and then we headed to the park. When you arrive, you only pay $1.50 per vehicle, and entrance is free per person. Honestly, the park is well maintained. We went straight to the lake and rented the boat—one dollar per person, for about half an hour. At first, I was scared to get on, but aside from that, it was a really fun experience. We had two oars, and my cousin and I started rowing around the lake until we got tired, and then we just ate what we had bought.

When our time on the boat was up, we went to lie down on our picnic blanket and passed the time playing volleyball for a while. I recommend this plan for spending the day with family. I hope you liked it.

Hola comunidad de family and friends, estoy feliz de volver a escribir por aquí, pues quería compartir una pequeña aventura, pues buscando excusas para no quedarnos en la casa y aburrirnos, se nos ocurrió ir al parque del este de la ciudad, se me ocurrió ir porque había visto un video sobre alguien recomendado la experiencia del paseo en bote en el lago del parque, y me dieron muchas ganas de ir.

Primero fuimos a una farmacia cercana, a comprar algo para comer, compramos unos snaks, gomitas, y una gaseosa para beber, y nos dirigimos al parque. Al llegar solo se paga 1.5 dolares por vehículo, y la entrada es gratis por persona. La verdad el parque esta bien cuidado, nosotros nos dirigimos directo al lago, y alquilamos el bote, un dolar por persona, más o menos por media hora, al principio me dio miedo subirme, pero de resto, fue una experiencia muy divertida, teníamos dos remos, y entre mi primo y yo empezamos a dar vueltas por el lago, hasta que nos cansamos, y nos dedicamos a comer lo que habíamos comprado.

Cuando se acabo el tiempo en el bote, nos fuimos a recostar en nuestra manta de picnic, y matamos el tiempo jugando voleibol un rato. Les recomiendo este plan para pasar el día en familia, espero les haya gustado.
