Este Domingo 03 de Septiembre del año 2023, Monagas Sport Club estará jugando la jornada 26 de la primera división de Venezuela contra Club Deportivo Hermanos Colmenárez, en el Estadio Agustín Tovar "La Carolina", de Barinas, a partir de las 6:30 PM (hora venezolana).
Mientras tanto, ese mismo día, Atlético La Cruz recibe en el Estadio Alexander Comanche Bottini, de Maturín, a Deportivo Miranda Fútbol Club, a las 3:30 PM, en partido correspondiente a la jornada 9 de la segunda división del Fútbol Profesional Venezolano.
De igual modo, estos dos clubes Monaguenses, tienen la ardua obligación de sumar unidades importantes en su compromiso, debido a algunos resultados que se han dado.
¿Qué deberá hacer Monagas SC?
Monagas Sport Club, se enfrenta a un equipo que le ha costado ganar en los últimos compromisos. Tanto es así, que están casilla 14, con 19 puntos.
El nivel de Club Deportivo Hermanos Colmenárez, es preocupante. Aún así, los de Maturín no pueden confiarse ante su rival, quien necesita una victoria para entrar en confianza.
Por eso mismo, los azulgranas, deberán confiar en su juego colectivo, la velocidad por los costados y la solidez en la defensa.

En cuanto a mi análisis deportivo se refiere, me parece que la clave de este electrizante compromiso estará por las bandas, debido a que Monagas Sport Club tiene jugadores rápidos y un lateral derecho que siempre va al ataque.
Además de lo mencionado, llegan de sumar tres unidades vitales en el Olímpico de la UCV, al derrotar a UCV FC por uno a cero. Esto, sin duda alguna, incrementa la confianza del equipo.

Si el cuadro rojinegro, se mantiene sólido y efectivo en el ataque, posiblemente gane el encuentro. En los últimos juegos, le ha costado ser solvente en la defensa. Por eso, el entrenador Español Kevin Vidaña, ha tenido que rotar la alineación en varios cotejos.
