You can buy it from the market or if you have liquid LEO on your Hive wallet, click on "Arbitrum Gas Faucet" and you will get $5 worth of Arb ETH. (The process sells your LEO for Arb ETH)

Oh, maybe they disabled it? On checking, I cannot see it either, I thought it's because I have enough Arb ETH on my wallet

What I did was buy ETH from the CEX (Binance) and withdraw it to my Arbitrum wallet address (Arbitrum One network). It was fast and transaction fee is less.
