Last weekend was full of fun for our family. My brother’s wife came to see us with her two daughters. When my kids heard this, they were very happy and started jumping around. “Mom! Are they really coming today?” my son asked. Yes, they’ll come later for a swim and dinner, so it’s better to take an afternoon nap,” I said. “I can’t wait! I want to go for a swim with my cousins!” my son shouted. When my sister in-law came with the two daughters, the house was full of laughter. The cousins are so excited to see each other, like they don’t see each other every Saturday at
grandparent's house during family dinner every Saturday, all hugged and high-fived. “Hi! I missed you!” Zuriel said."Me too! Let’s play!” my Doris answered. Almost immediately, the kids asked, “Can we go to the pool now? “Yes! Let’s go swim!” my son shouted.

They ran to change into their swimming clothes. My husband changed, too, because he knew the kids wanted him to join them, especially Boris. and my sister-in-law just sat by the pool, watching the kids jump in and splash water everywhere. “Look at me! I can swim super fast!” my son shouted.
““No way! I’m faster!” Zuriel shouted, racing across the pool. “Shark is coming! Swim fast!” my daughter yelled. “Ahh! Save me!” her cousin screamed, laughing. “Don’t worry! I’ll save you!” my son shouted proudly. I smiled and said to my sister-in-law, “They are so happy together.” She nodded. “Yes, when they meet, they never get tired.” Sometimes, the kids played funny games. “Let’s see who can hold their nose under water the longest!” one cousin said. “No way, I’m the champion!” my son said, holding his nose and jumping in. “Three… two… one… go!” they all shouted together. When it got dark, I called, “Time to eat, everyone come out now!” “Five more minutes!” they begged. “Alright, five minutes only,” I said.

Dinner was by the pool. The evening was calm, but the kids ate quickly to swim again. “Why are you eating so fast? I asked. “Because we want to go back to the pool!” my son said, smiling. “Eat slowly,” my sister-in-law said, “or you will get too full.” After dinner, they ran to the pool. “Stop splashing!” my daughter laughed. They played until the pool closed at 10 p.m. “Time to get out now,” my husband said. They came out wet and tired, but happy, chatting about the fun on the way home. “Next time, let’s play diving games!” one cousin said. “Yes! And see who can hold their breath the longest!” my son added. “Don’t forget the races!” my daughter said. I looked at them and thought, this was a simple day, but full of joy. Being together as a family made it special.

This is a nice well spend time of your kids with their cousins on the pool. I remembered how my daughters enjoyed night swimming with their cousins when they were young.

This is so nice! It's the same with my daughter, when their cousin's visit they are excited and don't want to stop playing. Family time like this is the best!
