Well, on the question of "combined characteristics with cash and non-cash rouble" the question that comes to my mind is what definition of "cash" is thought of here. There are lots of concepts of "cash" in people's minds. What do you think? !invest_vote

I don't understand that as well. I always thought that cash is paper money.
See, there is the question. My favorite definition is i.e. permission-less, neutral and censorship-resistant. No ID necessary. !invest_vote

Hey @clixmoney, I just stumbled upon our conversation back then. And from visiting here I think: Well, there may be a lot more cash currencies around then back in the purely fiat days, when not even gold and silver were cash. Today with all these tiny certified mints (look at my short conversation with @silvertop) cash becomes a truly individual definition.
