This is an insect with a very calm nature that lives quietly in the natural environment, adding a touch of beauty to the surroundings. It is known as the Spotted Beet Webworm Moth; I found several names for it while searching on Google, and this is one of the most prominent ones. It is an insect I am very familiar with, and it holds a place on my list of favorites. Because I find it so appealing, I took a few photos of it with my mobile phone and have shared them here for all my friends to see.

I spotted this insect at my village home one afternoon; as I stepped out of my room and headed south, I found it resting on the underside of a taro leaf on the southern side of the house. Since it was positioned on the underside of the leaf, I had to crouch down to take the photograph. It is a type of insect known as a moth. Insects of this kind often remain stationary in one spot for extended periods, yet their wings allow them to quickly fly from one location to another. I also noticed that black was the dominant color on its body. Since I really liked the insect, I am sharing the photos I took with my friends in the Hive community. I hope everyone enjoys the pictures. Thank you all.
