Have you guys ever eaten liver in a stew? Just did, not a super fan but I know its suppose to be super healthy for you and also like to eat all parts of the animal of respect.

I don't love it but don't hate it... it's a weird feeling lol
not a big fan of the taste of liver.
I only eat it when I am a guest at one of my best friends place and we go for a few beers.
Then he serves Nigerian Pepper Soup with that, which is a good combo!
I never tried it that way. It is worth a try though.
Not much of a liver guy myself. But my dog loves it, lol. I’ve given it the good ole college try, but nah. Now if it was in some kind of stew that may be a little different.
