Simple. They can't afford to lose in volatile market.
So instead that take a guarenteed loss instead?
But yeah, understand your point. But it’s also sad because with that mindset you can never break free.
Hmm. They feel good to see little increase of number each year even if they are losing the value with time because of inflation. It's not so easy to change their mindset.
I get that, but it's also that mindset that will keep people never growing wealth.
What is obvious is difficult to see.
