DRY AND WARM - ZAPFIC MICRO FICTION STORY

The weather was dry and warm when the occasion started but few minutes into the programme the heavens opened and there was a heavy downpour which scattered the much anticipated and smooth running programme. The organizers were shocked as people defied the rains and trooped out to honour the occasion.
