People use internet like every other person so it's more like a basic need in our life but I kind of want it to be fundamental human right.
This is an interesting assertion. To develop this idea consider what you consider a "right" to be. If we have a positive right, that is a right to access something, that implies some entity has the obligation to provide it.

the right is simply allowed to use internet, post content, talk about gov whether in good or bad without getting censored
That's where they always obligate to provide it and restrict internet the moment they find there's going to be a protest or smth
