My Kind of Evening

There’s something especially cozy about Višegrad at sunset.

My wife and I fell in love with this little Balkan town on our first visit, so during our trip we came back twice — and each time stayed in the same apartment high up on the hill. The view was a gift in itself.

You sit on the balcony in a comfy chair, sipping a cold beer, while below, a scattering of little houses, the river, and mountains fade into the evening haze… It feels like you couldn’t ask for a better way to end the day.
