Day’s End
(Edited)
When the sun dips below the horizon, it feels like a natural end to the day.
The light softens, colors deepen, and everything around gradually loses its sharpness. The sea darkens faster than the sky, and against this contrast, you can see the sun’s slow descent to the waterline. A few minutes later, only a warm glow lingers in the clouds — and that, too, soon fades. Nothing extraordinary happens in moments like these. Yet in this quiet simplicity, you feel most clearly that the day has ended.
