A Frozen Day

In winter, another artist works here.

He reveals structure, leaving only contours. The clouds don't move, the river doesn't reflect the sky, the birds freeze in flight, everything stands still, as if someone pressed pause.

There is no life in the usual sense, only the pure geometry of existence.

I remember managing only a few frames before the frost made its presence felt through my hands. And yet, in just three months, I would capture one of the most beautiful sunsets of my life right here.

These frames, as if carved out of the cold, remind me of the value of contrast. And that frozen day.

Thank you for stopping by!
