En momentos difíciles, cosas buenas

Durante los dos últimos dos años he estado intentando aumentar mi posesión de HIVE a través del trading, un tiempo en hive-engine con los tokens (que son un dolor de cabeza la mayoría, pero que se le sacó buena ganancia) y el en último año en el mercado interno. Creo que lo he logrado, con errores y aciertos, se ha aumentado la posesión de HIVE.

El precio del HIVE nos ha estado castigando, pero para los que ya estamos más curtidos en este mundo, sabemos que esto es temporal (al menos eso creemos o queremos creer), lo importante es que existe una comunidad que está decida en continuar y mantener su ritmo como siempre, a pesar del invierno siguen y seguiremos apostando por esta blockchain.

Dada las circunstancias, he decido convertirme en delfín temporalmente, he hecho un importante power up, aprovechando que es un cúmulo de monedas que no voy a mover hasta que el precio suba significativamente o hasta que definitivamente lo necesite. Digo temporalmente porque al menos lo invertido hoy lo iré retirado eventualmente . Entonces por ahora lo disfrutaré y aprovecharé del APR del staking y de la curación que no está nada mal. Y gracias a esto, el famoso KE (Rewards/Stake Co-efficient) que tanta caspa sacado a muchos, me ha bajado a 0.34, nada mal para una cuenta que tiene 5 años en Hive.

También son buenos tiempos para diversificar el portafolio, cripto-activos como ADA y XRP me parecen que son buena inversión ahora mismo, por su precio y el panorama actual en la construcción de infraestructura en la vida real, y si bajan más muy buenos para promediar.

Aprovecho la oportunidad, menciono alguno de los cambios que he hecho en la cadena, como cambiar algunos de mis votos entre los primeros 20 testigos de Hive, ya que considero que ahora mismo es importante reducir el %APR del HBD por encima de cualquiera otra acción o proyecto de los testigos, espero que los protagonistas finalmente lo consideren también.

Over the last two years, I’ve been trying to increase my HIVE holdings through trading—spending some time on Hive-Engine with tokens (which are mostly a headache, but still brought good profits), and during the last year in the internal market. I believe I’ve achieved it. With both mistakes and successes, my HIVE holdings have grown.

The price of HIVE has been punishing us, but for those of us who are more seasoned in this space, we know this is temporary (or at least that’s what we believe—or want to believe). The important thing is that there is a community determined to keep going and maintain its usual pace. Despite the winter, they continue—and we will continue—to bet on this blockchain.

Given the circumstances, I’ve decided to temporarily become a dolphin. I made a significant power-up, taking advantage of the fact that it’s a stack of coins I don’t plan to move until the price rises significantly or until I truly need it. I say “temporarily” because at least what I invested today will eventually be withdrawn. For now, I’ll enjoy it and take advantage of the staking APR and curation rewards, which are not bad at all. Thanks to this, the famous KE (Rewards/Stake Coefficient), which has caused so much controversy for many, has dropped to 0.34 for me—not bad for an account that’s been on Hive for five years.

These are also good times to diversify the portfolio. Crypto assets like ADA and XRP seem like good investments to me right now, considering their price and the current outlook for real-world infrastructure development. And if they drop further, they could be great opportunities to average down.

I’ll also take this opportunity to mention some of the changes I’ve made on the chain, such as adjusting some of my votes among the top 20 Hive witnesses, since I believe it’s currently important to reduce the HBD APR above any other witness action or project. I hope the key players will ultimately consider this as well.
