Excuses are comfort zones—they soften reality but keep wounds unhealed. They depend on external circumstances: It was just timing, their mood, my past, or circumstances. While context is important, excuses often hide our true role in our suffering.

Releasing excuses allows us to see our patterns clearly: where avoidance, stubbornness, or fear have dictated our choices. This honesty is liberating because it grants us power: we can act differently tomorrow. It sparks proactive change, strengthens boundaries, and fosters inner peace.
