Let's Try "Bulb Boy" - First 20 Minutes

"Creepy, scary but still cute." This is my impression on this Point-and-Click Horror Adventure game. Bulb Boy melds intuitive puzzles and minimalist design to tell a story without using words.

Bulb Boy

The game follows Bulb Boy, an anthropomorphic lightbulb living with his grandfather and dog, when one night a mysterious entity comes and turns his home into something else. Something horrific!

I love the basic design in this game, the green tint covering the screen is eye catching and the way lighting works is perfect. Especially since the player character is the source of light in most scenes. I love the moments when we see things from the Bulb Boy perspective and the light follows the mouse cursor.

I got this game for Free during one of Steam Sales, and I commend the developer for making something like this and eventually making it free for a while so players like me who didn't know about it can experience it!

I don't have a lot to write as a review of the game, so I'll leave you to watch the video above.
