Half-Life 2 [Let's Play] - 30 - Toxic Tunnel
This session is almost an hour long! I should do this more often...
Half-Life 2 is a Physics-based First Person Shooter developed by Valve. The game follows Gordon Freeman as he tries to liberate Earth from the alien forces that took over in the first game. This game is fun, and If I had to recommend one shooter game, it will be this one!
A true classic. Despite being really old, this game is amazing and has better gameplay than most FPS games that came after it! I can't believe it stayed in my backlog for this long before I finally played it, but I'm happy to have finally experienced this classic.
Every chapter of Half-Life 2 played differently. The various weapons are fun to switch between! The physics system is fun, if a bit unrealistic, and the developers used it in many mind blowing ways.
The best part of the experience, however, is how easy to know where you're supposed to go next without being told. As long as the path is not blocked, you'll find something there, whether its the next story beat, or a secret Healing/Ammo stash!
Half-Life 2's story is told via minimal exposition, I had to connect the dots with the little knowledge I remember of Half-Life 1's events. Immediate goals are provided by a few characters that got involved with Dr. Freeman, like Alyx and Dr. Vance. What's going on is usually told via the environment and physics. Even with no understanding of the story, however, the game would still be fun!

Watching you play Half-Life 2 really brings back the nostalgia, it was a peak in its era. It's been 20 years and still waiting for Half-Liife 3 😂. I read a post on Reddit about the Half-Life 3 release, but I do not trust any news without credibility any more. Let's see what we get first: GTA 6 or Half-Life 3, funny how 3 is the half of 6.
After watching for a min, I saved your video in my YouTube's playlist, will surely watch it later. As I am traveling tonight, so I have plenty of time. Am I guilty of commenting without watching it? 🤭

Heard about HL3 but no official source mentioned it yet, so I'll believe it when/if it happened. I love the "We Got X Before GTA6 Meme" and if Half-Life 3 released before GTA6, it'll be hilarious!!!
I can feel you for the 'bots' part. Like, it is okay, if you do not want to comment, but sometimes, one should give it a try. And here, we are talking about a game, which I believe, everyone must have played in their gaming life experience. It was a peak; it is a peak.
