Good day lovely people of the mcgi it been a while I posted because of my tight schedule but hearing the word of God is our major priority especially the sound doctrine of our lord Jesus Christ. Bro Daniel taught us the importance of doing good, having a clean conscience and not letting fear overcome us as Christian.

Hebrew 12:14. Try to be at peace with everyone, and try to live a holy life, because no one will see the Lord without it.

Ephesians 2:10. God has made us what we are, and in our union with Christ Jesus he has created us for a life of good deeds, which he has already prepared for us to do.

Peace is a major ingredient to our justification before God. The reason why we do good even when nobody compiled us to do it is because it is the commandments of God, we have been empowered by God and doing good enable us to have the following

1 . A light feeling
2 . Decrease stress
3 . Promote mental health
4 . Lower blood pressure
5 . Having the feeling of wanting to do more good.
6 . Happiness
7 . Fulfil life.

Romans 7:12. So then, the Law itself is holy, and the commandment is holy, right, and good.

Hebrew 13:16. Do not forget to do good and to help one another, because these are the sacrifices that please God.

All the commandments God instructed us to do is good non is bad including doing good. The only sacrifice God can accept is the act of doing good with a clean and pure conscience.
We learn different things from people around either our parents, friends or relatives. We can also learn how to do good from them.

2 Timothy 1:7 For the Spirit that God has given us does not make us timid; instead, his Spirit fills us with power, love, and self-control.

Proverbs 3:27. Whenever you possibly can, do good to those who need it.

God is the only source of kindness, he is the one that can ask us to do good. A true Christian should not live in fear, living in fear means we have no salvation. God is always present with us to fight our battles.

Whenever we have the power to do good we should do it, God knows the spirit of gratitude. If we obey God's commandments by giving and caring for those that don't have the means, orphans, widows. God owns us and he he will surely pay us back our act of good doings.
