TENANTS AND LANDLORD WAHALA
Hello beautiful friends. It is with great pleasure that I welcome you all to my blog for week 180 episode 1. Talking about house rent, this is one thing that I know affects everyone in one way or the other because we all live in houses. If you are not a landlord, you will definitely be a tenant.
This image belongs to me.
I have heard of how people suffer in the hands of landlords in different places, and also heard of how some landlords stuffer in the hands of some wicked tenants. The truth is that I have never experienced anyone of these. From the first house I started living in when I was younger up till when I got married and moved in with my husband. I have been very lucky to encounter good landlords. But for the sake of the question for this week I will be sharing experience that I heard of and what I have also seen somewhere before now.
WHAT IS THE RENT CULTURE LIKE IN YOUR AREA?
First I want to say that where ever people pay less for the houses they live in,it is likely to discovered that people don't make much money there. I love to stay in the area where people pay high for their house rent. If it is cheap, then get ready to have a low income around there. Though where I stay is seeing like a city, but is still under going growth and development. Houses are very cheap here and it must also be known that you don't make much money here. You can get a complete two rooms apartment for just #150,000 and even less. Houses are cheap here, but I don't enjoy it. I want to stay in a place where I will get enough money and spend it on the things that I use. I don't envy cheap houses. I love expensive houses where I will make a lot of money and spend it that same way I made it. Some people don't understand this simple mathematics, where you make alot of money, you will definitely spend more money there.
WHEN LOOKING FOR A HOUSE, WHAT SHOULD YOU LOOK OUT FOR?
The major thing that we consider here is good light and water. Once you have these two things you are good to go. Some places don't see light for days and they are already used to it. While some places have lights and because of that there will be enough water. Without light you can't get water and if you don't have water, life will be miserable for you.
IF I BECOME A LANDLADY TOMORROW WHAT KIND OF TENANTS DO I WANT TO HAVE?
Hmmm! This is a very serious question ohh! I don't think that one will always get what he wants when it comes to having good tenants. Sometimes you get good ones and is possible that they may park out tomorrow because of one reason or the other. You will have no choice than to pick another tenants. The next tenants you will get, you don't know what he or she will do or what kind of person he or she is. The only thing I know is when a tenant is given me problem I will allow him or her to complete the rent that has been paid for and then gradually move the person out of the house without having any problem.
Normally every landlord will want a good tenants. No landlord will desire to have a troublesome tenants. But when it comes, you just look for a way to part ways peacefully with that tenants.
You love expensive house , you are rich o, but there are some expensive house and you won't get a lot of money in the area. If the work and business is worth it then it's fine.
Expensive houses are good, the advantages are enormous but it's good to always cut our coats accordingly. In most places power and water are the most important things
It's true that both tenants and landlords have their own challenges. Some tenants now behave like mini gods and they wouldn't want to leave the house unless you involve the right authority. I also believe a peaceful environment with steady light and water makes all the difference in a home.
