Prevention is better than cure.

Welcome back to scifi multiverse community for week 81 edition 2. Guys it feels so good to be back because for the past few weeks I have been struggling to make post here but because of my tight schedule it was not easy for me. All glory to God for this week.

We are talking about preventive health care. Why is this very important to us? Is this something that we should practice from time to time? I believe is a welcome idea and the topic is a good one because it will help us know what to do concerning our health.

Health they say is wealth. For some reasons some of us neglect the issue of preventive health care which has lead to a lot of damage in our society today. So many people have lost their lives because they believe that there is no need to go and check how healthy they are even when they are not sick.

I had one experience two weeks back and it thought me that it is better to spend money on preventive health care than spend it when the sickness has taken you down. I was feeling feverish and I told myself that I won't go for personal medication because I really wanted to know what is wrong with my system. Unlike before that I will just go to a near by medicine store and buy malaria drugs. To my surprise when I went for check up I was diagnosed with a disease that I never imagined. I had to do the needful immediately to avoid any more problem in my system and today I am very okay. What if I never went to check? What is I just sat there and say I know what drugs to take and maybe it will lead to a bigger problem. But because I did what I was told by the doctor today I am fine.

I believe that preventive health care is the best for everyone. I know that some will say that there is no money. That also is understood, but what if something worse happens to that person? Money will come out from wherever is hidden. That is the reason why we should always do what we should do to take proper care of ourselves.
