LEARNING THE HARD WAY
Learning is constant and I see it as a part of us that we can't do without. It can't stop as long as we are still alive. It is only the dead that can't talk about learning again. Some learning comes easily while some learning comes with difficulty. How ever it comes learning must take place in our lives.
I have found somethings very interesting while learning them, but there is one particular thing that I almost gave up when I was learning it. Haha 😂. It really gave me tough time to learn but thank God that today is history. Hmmm! It is actually history? No I don't think so because I am still learning and as long as this life is concerned I will learn everyday there.
Hive Blockchain
Someone might be laughing right now, but no problem because even me am laughing at myself because I really made alot of mistakes when I came to this Blockchain. The first thing that stood out is that I have never been serious with anything that is happening online. I am from that generation that see anything online as a scam. So because of that I never had interest in this before now. First when I was told about this place I never showed any interest to learn. But I don't know why @fasacity kept saying it to me and encouraging me to join each time we go out for our outreaches in some of the villages around us. I came to know him through the outreaches we go to. He is the person organizing it and everytime we go out he will hear me complain about finances as a student. As at that time I was schooling and still in my beginning level but finances made it very difficult for me to do anything good and I also have my children in school that needs money almost every day. So when ever we go out for outreaches I hardly make any contribution and it was not easy for me back then. So when @fasacity told me about it, he emphasize that I can make little money out of it if I will become serious with it. When he noticed that I was delaying he reminded me again and told me to come over to his house so that his wife will help me open an account and I will start posting. I was like - how can I just write something and just like that make money out of it? The reason why I was sceptical about it is because I am a preacher of the gospel and I will not want to do anything that is not good.
I started hiving three years ago and it was the only thing that made me feel very bad. I noticed that I was very backward when it comes to online issues and I kept disturbing @fasacity and his wife almost every day that I made one post or the other. Some people always complain about one mistake that I made in my post. I remember one of my early post that I made back then, I added pictures that I took with my phone but I did not tell them that I own the pictures and so when someone complained I became confused because I don't know what to do or where to write that the pictures belongs to me. As at that time I don't even know how to edit any post that I made. Hmmm! Friends, it was not an easy journey ohh.
Before I got to four months I copied someone's work and also added it to my work without adding the source. That was the beginning of my night mere. I started receiving downvotes upon donwvotes. My heart started biting faster each time I rememberd hive and I felt like I want to move away. I tried to run away but my mentor and other loving and supporting friends that I made here helped me got courageous again and I decided to pay the penalty for sixty days. I made a post each day to apologize for my mistakes and it was the hardest thing ever. At last I made it and today we are here telling the story.
LESSONS FROM MY STORY
When the going gets tough, the tough gets going. We need to keep moving forward no matter what we see or do. When we see that things are getting harder, then we should look for ways to get all the courage and move forward
Do you know that I cherish your kind of spirit? Your resilience and doggedness in learning is quite amazing. Despite your age and generation yet you humble yourself to adapt to the new change. Wow persistence pays. Now you are a professional hiver and I can't wait to visit your latest hive studio. It tough initially but it paid off at the end. Congratulations mama and keep soaring higher.
We keep getting better at things when we keep doing them. There are some things we find so hard to get better at and while some feel like we should give up, others will just flow easily when we continue doing them. But above all, it's important to be intentional and consistent in whatever we feel is good for us.

Well I understand where you are coming from, at least you know better now , and that is because you kept on learning.
It seems like we both had the same experience.
Writing is not what I’ll like to do at all, not to talk of reading, I mean that’s like a nightmare to me, but I started anyways I earned a little and was very grateful but not faithful, been out on a long break but now I’m here without any further delay, I want to resume effectively.
