Human rights should not be tempered with

Schools have their curricular and extra curricular activities which we all know. I can't see this in there because there should be boundaries to everything we do.

I am a teacher and won't allow any school control my life just because I am paid a pee nut at the end of the month. Recently a proprietor came to my shop and was asking me to come teach English language in their school and he was promising a very good pay. When I told him that I am not interested in teaching in any school he told me that he don't know why most teachers don't like teaching again. He said most of his staff have resigned and the school is currently running low on teachers. When he was speaking I was just imagining what the teachers much have gone through in that school that made most of them to resign, and it is me that will go and continue with the suffering they left behind. I blatantly told him no because I am not ready for any daily running up and down. Doing of lesson plans and receiving query later at to why I missed a class of why I came late yo school. In fact some school deduct money from the salary of their teachers in the name of discipline. At the end of the month the teacher will go home with little or nothing after minusing transportation. It is not easy for teachers.

WHY MONITOR THEM?
That should be the question now. Why do the school wants to monitor them? Because they want to know what kind of teachers works in their school or what kind of students they have in their school. I believe that this is the personal life of the teacher. How he chooses to live his life outside school is non of their business. What the teacher is paid for os only the hours spent in school and I believe that the teacher should be of his best behavior while in school. If by any means the school discovered that the teacher is not living up to their standard, then he or she should be relieved of the teaching job. That is just how I see it.

Even for the students, we can only do our best as teachers to inculcate good morals into them while they are still with us. We can't control them just because we want the best for them. No student will want to be controlled in such manners. We all should be allowed to use our human rights. We have the right to life and join any organization we want and what have you. Id that right is taken away from teachers then what about others who are not teachers? If actually we want to do this, then let it affects everyone no matter what you do. Be it teaching, preaching, politician, engineers, doctors, lawyers, pilot, drivers and what have you. Let everyone feel the pain of it. Then it will be accepted. Teachers should be taken care of by the government and not putting a law that makes their lives miserable
