Hive is a series of up's and down's
Our activity on Hive is often a kind of up and down where some good times are followed by rather bad times. I was very happy about my productivity in February where I managed to write 11 posts in one month. It was a different story since then. In March, I wrote 4 posts and in April only 2. That's a kind of negative record for me I believe.
After being on this blockchain for so long, I know that things are evolving and it's not always possible to provide the same consistency. There is a life outside of Hive and sometimes it allows less free time than in other instances.
My progress isn't looking too bad
At the end of 2024, I have set Goals for this year. I wanted to reach 80'000 HP and 16'000 HBD by the end of 2025. These Goals were much less ambitious than in the previous years and it's not surprising that in spite of my reduced activity, things look not too bleak.
So far, 33.3% of the year have passed and that is my benchmark.

In regard to hive power, I'm way above the benchmark. I managed to power up 200 Hive today which allows me to be at 40% of my target which is quite nice.
As usual, it's a different perspective for HBD where I'm only at 12.7% or about 20% behind benchmark. Again, I pulled out my interests these last two month and swapped them for fiat and book shopping... I have my crypto.com card linked to kindle of amazon and I buy my books with crypto. At the moment, I'm reading The Warlord Chronicles by Bernard Cornwell that plunge you into the dark ages of British history with the mystical figures of Merlin and Arthur.
What I'm doing otherwise
These days, I'm exploring the internet and learning how to use AI to code, or to develop a business online. It's amazing what opportunities this brings and I will try to share what I find out here on Hive in my coming posts.

I managed to build an app without creating a single line of code and it worked quite well. There are no limits and things are getting better and more performant every day.
I wish you would share a post daily because it is interesting to read. Anyway, setting goals is a very important step because these goals push us to work for them and achieve them. I will like to know your AI experience. Thanks.
I probably won't be able to post every day but I'd like to share what I find out there in the AI world ;-)

Money makes more money! That shows in your HP growth. Your HBD interest gained would have been quite a bit more too like you've said, if you did not take anything out. There's still more than half a year to go though. Plenty of time to hit all your targets.
The more HP and the more HBD, the more passive income we generate. You are totally right about that.
