The principal was ahead of his time. He created a spacecraft for himself, but he was not able to build consensus on the making of a spacecraft parking lot.

So, he gathered all the members of the faculty and advised them to vote in favor of making this parking lot. Luckily, he was able to convince them all, and they voted in favor of it.

Finally, after the working of two years, the spacecraft parking lot was prepared, and he could finally land his spacecraft there.
