I feel good after finally hitting the gym

Hey everyone.
I am going to give you a very important live update. I have started going to gym. I have joined the gym finally after delaying it for so many days.

It was among my new year resolutions that I am going to get in shape. That I am going to be fitted. That I am going to attain the best physical form and be the best version of myself but I had a very bad habit of procrastination and I kept on delaying everything.

So finally I am deciding to commit to my word and try as much as I can to be fit, to be the best version of myself before the end of this year and I will keep you guys posted.
It is a local gym in my neighbourhood and one of my friends is training me during the day. I have decided to go in the morning because I feel energetic during the day and when I go to gym at night I feel very lazy and lethargic and I do not have energy enough to carry weight and do exercises.

This is why I think the very good time is to go to the gym in the morning so that you can be physically active during the entire day. I believe fitness both mental and physical is very important and as we age, as we become older we have to take care of our bodies and our brain.

This is very important initiative that I have taken and I hope that you will witness my transformation during the days to come. So I want you to be a very important part of my journey of being the best version of myself.

I will try to share all the updates through images and through my words. Whatever happens during my day, whatever I eat and whatever workouts I do and this is just a beginning and my arms feel so sore and painful right now but I will not give up.
I will attain whatever I am meant to do, whatever I am supposed to do and I will achieve all of it before the end of this year.
