Hello everyone. I hope you all are fine. I am also doing well.
I have been trying to work on my fitness physically and mentally as well. I have mentioned in my previous blog that I have joined yoga and I go for jogging as well. So, this is my blog about that, about yoga.
See, yoga and being fit are so intrinsically connected. Yoga does not limit you to breathing exercises or mental health only. It has so many positive impacts on our mental and physical well-being. I went for twenty minutes of jogging straight non-stop and I was exhausted to be very honest. It was in the morning at seven AM, but for the first time, I sat in yoga with the teacher.
There were kids also from my neighborhood, and after a while, when the teacher started teaching different yoga postures and different yoga exercises, including breathing exercises as well, trying to focus on one thing, be it our core physically. It made me feel so relieved and relaxed that I was totally in the moment, present, and I forgot that I was tired and exhausted with the twenty minutes of running.
You see, if we try to jog for twenty minutes and do yoga, I don't think that diseases will ever bother us. I am feeling very confident now and I have gained physical stamina and strength. I am willing to continue this series and my routine. I am trying to challenge myself as I approach my late twenties. I need to be very conscious about what I eat and how I lead my life.
This is how I am going to lead my life, and I am going to push my limits. I am going to live a life that is full of focus, health, determination, and passion. I am going to be a better version of myself. I am going to share blogs about it frequently, so that I can inspire you, I can motivate you to do better in life.
See, our enemy is no one. We have to beat our own self. We have to be a better version of our own self. We have to be so focused, so grounded in our own self that we forget about what is happening around us, because it is mostly unnecessary. Thank you so much. I will see you in the next blog.
