Social Media Platform To Take Out

Social media is that platform where we laugh, smile, and hear news. Most people are always glued to social media just because of their condition. They always love to watch skits. These can make them feel relaxed instead of being bored.

In the past, there was nothing like social media where skits are being displayed. People of those days still found it interesting because it was their time. They only used story telling to while away their time.

I could remember clearly when I was still a child, my grandpa did tell me stories. Those kinds of stories that do not exist but can bring happiness into one's face. Although, there are some that can make one feel sad just because of the ending.

In reality, we have different social media platforms. Some of the ones I can spit out are the popular ones. Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Twitter (now known as X), TikTok and the likes.

The fact remains that, all these social media platforms are out in place just to dish out both immediate and old news. Recently, it became platforms that people are using to provide skits. These platforms are now made for monetization. Anyone who has more than some numbers of subscribers and watches time with some other criteria can be able to cash out money.

I have seen how people do make skits, some nicked, while some are good ones that are educational.

X is another platform that people always post on. Formally, it was banned from my country, Nigeria, just because of the way people use it to expose things. I don't know now, but it's not a safe platform. X's algorithm is not robust enough to keep people's privacy.

In another way, fake news is rampant in our society today. This news was carried first hand on X.

So, if there is any platform I would love to dismiss, it should be X.

At a time, after searching for the different platforms, I was about dismissing Snapchat, but then I discovered that it has the best side as well. One can beautify pictures and indeed, the pictures created by Snapchat are always splendid. Although, the faces of those pictures may be changed and look beautiful than usual or reality.
So, I go for X. Inasmuch as people love X, I don't seem to like it.
TikTok is another option that came my way, but then those who created it used it for creativity. Most people used it to perform rubbish. Some dance nicked, while some do show their breast and ass. If you want to see different kinds of skits that involve nudity, then one has to go through TikTok.

These are the major reasons I wanted it out, but then the creative aspect is another reason it must not go to extinction.
So, if I'm to choose, X would be the perfect one to dismiss. X is a brutal place for harassment. It's toxic and time-wasting. A discussion can arise which would waste your precious time.

That's my take on the topic.
