Between Online and Lonely World

We live in a world of digital know-how, where everyone must search for ways to manage something or other through the Internet. This is where everyone is efficient and convenient to handle some jobs successfully and without stress. We have the issue of barriers and stress, as well as time management. Digital platforms make those things so convenient and simple.

It now comes to the knowledge of making people stay at home and work successfully without stress. This showed that someone can stay at home, work, date, communicate, and be entertained just by staying at home.

The major aspect is for those who are disabled. This can have a great impact on them and can make them be grounded and feel relaxed instead of feeling idle.

In this digital world we are in today, everything has been made so easy and so simple. Making things convenient and accessible is a good thing. This online world has created access to opportunities and created a great deal of ideals that have or have not been in existence before. Things that we have to create but have no access to or things that we have to do with digital but we're not able to get done are now made easy just because of the digital advancement.

With the digital world, there is always a shift on how we are valued in terms of our comfort and the way we are controlled. In the online world, we select the kind of friends we talk to and the kind of relationships we make. Compared to real life, one can say it is unpredictable. We are forced to develop empathy and a kind of patience among ourselves. This cannot be done online as we have the right to choose whoever we want.

The digital world gives rise to a lonely life except the fact that we are relating to our phones via the Internet. The major fact remains that body language is better than Internet interactions. Remaining idle with your phone can bring about boredom in you. This showed that our mental health can be hampered if loneliness is allowed to overtake our mind.

We cannot replace online tools to human connection as these two are important when we talk of world advancement.

Our technology is advancing daily in day out, but it is now left to us as humans to know how to counterbalance the digital advancement.

Being in a lonely world with your Internet without a physical interaction with your fellow, can have a serious effect on our mental health. The Internet is interesting and the digital world we are in today is the best, but we cannot quantify that with human interaction. We feel things, see things, reason things together. Although AI has a good way of finding solutions, human beings have the best as we are the ones to implement whatever is needed.

As far as the online world is important, we cannot erase the fact that human beings are the ones to make their choices, whether to take charge of it, or to allow it to take them to their doom. The choice lies in human beings. We are not headed for doom, but can be dimmed if and only if we take it as part of our life experiences and do not want to come out of it.

Studies have even shown that our brains are wired to crave physical human interaction and when there's a scarcity of that need, it tends to become negative for us.

Having people to talk to still remains the best whenever you have work issues, you have people to share that with but imagining working remotely. Nobody to share a problem or deadline problems with
